How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Typical turnaround for your Highlight Viewing Gallery is 5-7 days and full gallery delivery with unlimited downloads is 3-4 weeks.
Do you have a recommended videographer?
I do! I have a handful of amazing and artistic professionals who are great to work with. During our consult I would be happy to provide referrals for any other vendors you may need for your big day!
What if we're getting married abroad?
Destination wedding? Woot woot! I’d be thrilled to be part of your special day, no matter where it takes you! To ensure a seamless experience, please note the following details regarding travel and accommodations.
Airfare: I require coverage for my team's round-trip airfare to and from the wedding destination.
Lodging: Accommodations for the duration of my team's stay will need to be provided. I’m happy to help coordinate or recommend suitable lodging options if needed. My team will need to be on the ground 24 hours prior to the wedding to assess lighting conditions and scope out the best of the best spots for your images!
Meals: To keep us energized and focused, I ask that 30% of meal expenses for my team be covered during our time on-site, including the day of the wedding.

Ok, let's go! What's your process?
1. Consult
Our initial consultation is to determine whether I am able to help document your day in a way that aligns with your vision! This meeting is virtual, takes 15-20 minutes and at the end you'll leave with my recommended package options based on the needs you've expressed.
2. Contract
We’ll provide a detailed agreement outlining the scope of work and other important details. After signing, your deposit is due within 3 business days in order to secure your booking. Once the deposit is received, we’ll send you a payment plan that outlines the remaining balance and payment schedule. This plan helps you manage your budget and ensures transparency throughout the process.
3. Coordinate
My best kept secret: I double as a planner! All Vintage Rose Bridal Experiences include 2 virtual meetings to build and schedule your day around what matters to you. The first meeting is scheduled around 6-8 weeks out and the last meeting goes on the books 7-10 days before the date to do a final check in and make sure every last detail of your itinerary is correct and working for us in the most efficient way possible!
4. The Big Day
You sit back, relax, get married and have fun! My team and I will arrive, roll up our sleeves and get to work making your day magical and seamless.
